  Ordering

When ordering, please provide product code, name, specification, quantity, and shipping method preferred (if not specified, we will recommend one for you).

Please note the minimum order quantity is 50kg for bulk herbs, 5kg each kind for 5:1 extract powders and 1kg each kind for standardized herb extract

 Payment
 

Usually payment is settled by T/T (bank wire transfer). Our sales rep. will provide you with our banking information.

We accept payment by irrevocable Letter of Credit.

Payment by credit card will soon be available.

We will send you a proforma invoice with freight cost (and insurance premium) for your confirmation and convenience of payment.

 Shipping
 

Kindly describe the shipping methods of your choice:

International express mail service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS ) is suitable for quantities under 25kg and takes about 3 days for door to door delivery service.

By parcel post the maximum quantity is 20kg and takes about 15 days for delivery.

By air: Suitable for bulk quantity (above 45kg is more economic), 3-7 days delivering.

By sea: Suitable for bulk quantity, min freight count as 1 m3 or 1 ton, about 30 days delivering.

Shipments will be made promptly upon your confirmation.

Shipping is charged at the actual cost to the customer and is noted on each invoice.

We ship to you due to your instructions and we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

 

 Damaged and Shipping back

This is our policy in case anything unexpected or an uncontrollable event happens to our goods. If you should unfortunately encountered this:

v Please inform our sales representative right away upon receipt of damaged goods because we do not accept any damaged products that are 20 days past the receipt date.

  

We'll send you another shipment for exchange, as soon as possible, upon receipt of the damaged one as well as your confirmation note if it turns out to be our responsibility.

v Please supply us with a damage report to prove the damage occurred. Never ship goods back without our staff's confirmation.

We guarantee that each lot of herbs we sell has complied with the Chinese Pharmacopia and GMP conditions. You'll receive exactly what you ordered with 100% quality guaranteed. We're devoting our full attention to quality, consistency and customer service.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase or the performance of our products, you can email us at service@herbasin.com or call us directly at 86-24-22728868 / 22732976 within 20 days after receipt of our goods for a prompt money back or back up goods compensation. Your kind feedback will be promptly reviewed by our staff to avoid the same thing from happening again and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
