Meeting the demand of the TCM clinic worldwide, we've developed more than 400 different kinds of concentrated herb powders & granules. This form of herbal preparation provides a compromise between flexibility, convenience, cost and potency that is unmatched by either raw herbs or herbs in pill form. Our concentrated powder/granules is extracted 100% from natural herbs, is soluble in water, and is convenient for doctors to formulate and for patients to make and drink.

In our GMP plant we are manufacturing the concentrated herb powder with the use of modern technology and a ratio of 5:1 (which means each gram of Concentrated Powder Extract equals the potency of 5 grams of raw herb in a decoction), and drying by an advanced spray drying method which can volatilize water rapidly. This is appropriate for the products that cannot be heated for a long time and shorten the process. The most advanced one-step granulating machine is also used in our GMP factory to manufacture concentrated herb granules which enable us to make granules directly from a liquid form. Our equipment has an amazing capacity of making 200 million sachets of granules annually.

We also use different methods to concentrate and extract the active ingredients for different herbs according to their nature & characteristics. For example Radix Angelicae Sinensis has two active ingredients in it, one is hydrosoluble ferulenol and the other is a fat soluble Ligustilide. In order to concentrate both ingredients we use both water extraction and CO2 SFE method.

Every batch of Concentrated Powder Extracts is lab tested for heavy metals, pesticides, bacteria and fungus etc. and is accordance with the European Quality standard (German's GMP & PIC).
